Therapeutic Yoga is practiced in private sessions or with two students maximum. Your experienced yoga practitioner will discuss your needs and goals and design a session or program that will meet or exceed those goals. Please inform us if you are working with a specific injury.

Learning your ayurvedic yoga routine is an important step in incorporating ayurvedic lifestyle successfully into your daily routine. Each class is geared toward balancing your constitution, and will be at your practice level, designed to meet your goals. When you leave this type of session, you will have a written routine to take home with you, 15 to 30 minutes in duration, which can be practiced daily to support your health and/or purification goals. Stretching or strengthening, beginning or advanced, you will leave feeling whole, healthy, and in harmony.

Private Meditation Instruction - 45 minutes $60
meditationMeditation involves focusing the mind upon a sound or phrase, prayer, visualized image, breath, or consciousness. Practicing meditation regularly increases awareness of the present moment, promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and enhances personal and spiritual growth. An instrumental part of healthy living, private meditation is an integral step in incorporating ayurvedic lifestyle successfully into your daily routine.

Offered in 45 minute segments, you will learn the basics of meditation and how to overcome common struggles with daily meditation. Private meditation instruction will help you discern the style and method of meditation that you will practice with the most success.
