Ayurveda is an ancient system of holistic living that teaches us to balance our unique physical and mental constitution with the world around us. Your consultation begins with a full health history, including current physical and emotional complaints. Your history is then evaluated to determine the treatment plan which will most effectively help you return to your optimal state of being.
Treatment plans include nutrition, daily routine, and lifestyle education. When practiced, these methods restore and maintain personal balance in simple, practical, and sustainable ways.
Initial Consultation (1.5 hours) - $105

Purification Programs
Ayurvedic purification follows a simple and gentle methodology for removing “ama” or metabolic wastes at the cellular level and mobilizing these wastes for elimination. Ama arises in the body due to poor digestion, and is stored in all types of tissue, especially fat tissue. While weight loss is not the goal of purification, it is often a pleasant side effect as ama holds excess water, air, and fat within our tissues.
Your knowledgeable consultant will guide you through every step of the purification process – providing support as you work through the program. We strongly suggest that you take time off work during the height of your purification program or choose an "easy week” when your body can be fully nourished by your efforts.
The first step in a purification program is an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultation, which occurs 1 week before the purification program begins. Ayurvedic massage treatments are evenly spaced throughout the detoxification program to aid in mobilization of waste, detoxification, and rejuvenation of the tissues.
